We loved our cabin and the beautiful setting. The only negative was the worn out furniture and mattresses.

I had a great time and only had 2 issues. 1. The cabins are too crammed together. 2. There is a terrifying road with a 50 foot drop off to one side rock wall on the other. Only one car can fit across at a time.

Great cabin besides the water not being hot when we first arrived, but it was fixed after we called maintenance. Beautiful cabin .

Cabin was great, everything was as described. The WiFi had some connection issues which put a damper on the Netflix & chill but regardless it worked. The ceiling fan over the bed had an annoying squeak at any speed so if light noise bothers you do not sleep with the fan on. For the price and location it’s hard to beat but I wanted to be honest about the few small issues my family ran into. The arcade games were great, the cabin itself is well taken care of. The kitchen is fully functional however there’s not any large pots to cook larger items in, there’s plenty of smaller ones to do the same job. Also coffee maker is a traditional style so leave the K cups at home and bring filters. 8/10 would stay in again.

That cabin was in a great location with a nice view! The cabin was clean. The booking process was easy and the price was reasonable. However, a few issues were found such as: some broken items within the cabin that should have been replaced prior to the stay, the bed was very firm/uncomfortable (though it was a nice size), and the grounds outside were sprinkled with animal fesces.

Stayed in the cabin "Remote Rendezvous". Had a wonderful time. Lovely clean cabin. Cabin has games like pool, air hockey, pinball and Pac Man. All free. Customer service or host was very helpful and kind. Great view of Smokey Mountains from back porch and hot tub. Even though your surrounded by other cabins hot tub is totally private. Only issues we had were only one roll of toilet paper, very low water pressure and Jacuzzi tub hard for old timers to use. I plan to use Gatlinburg Falls again. Thanks

A few minor discrepancies with the cabin, but management did their best to rectify the issues. View of the sunrise over the Smokies from the balcony was nearly breathtaking. The area in general was very family friendly with plenty to do yet it was peaceful compared to being in a city. Nice place to get away to for peace and quiet with plenty to do 20 minutes away.

Could have used a couple extra blankets. Repair work needed on some loose faucets in bathroom, fireplace didn’t work. Other than that everything was great! Thanks for a fun family weekend!
