Despite the reviews, I searched and searched for a cabin with this company for a birthday weekend with my friends. Upon arrival, the cabin, overall was “nice enough” on first impression. But as the night went on, we slowly noticed things that were evident of a “spot cleaning” done by housekeeping. There was hair on the bathroom floor(BOTH bathrooms), hair on the shower walls, hair under the sheets, random debris under the sheets, 1 or 2 towels for a stay of up to 8 people. Called guest services, sure they said they would send someone up to correct the issue....no one came. Called again and was told that we would have to wait until the morning and that our service request would be worked then......NOT. I called AGAIN and FINALLY someone came bearing towels, a broom, and a mop. To some, these issues are minor, however, for the amount of money you pay, you would expect to at least have minor housekeeping satisfied. Overall, take a chance and book it. Your experience may not be the same as mine, and you may not focus too much on the details I stated. I personally won’t book another stay with them.

this was the 3rd year my family has rented, terrible waited til almost 6pm to get in they justed finished cleaning. the hot tub had a panel kicked out (unaware of ) until we seen it a day later, (not sure how you santizied something that totally broken) cable boxes missing no internet the whole time called numberous times on it . blames Comcast but I paid for this items and not to be able to use them. all the couches that belong in the bedroom piled up in the 3rd floor game room. cockroaches. my family plans next year debating on this rental company. sorry.... not once ask for money back for the ammenites that were promised.

Due to the number we had staying when we got there the bunk bed shown and stated in their description on the website was not there. With that being said two of our ladies had to sleep on the two couches in the living room. I was not happy that those two guess had to sleep on couches.

I would like to see Cabins of the Smoky mountains put outside pictures of their cabins. We rented a 4 bedroom cabin with lots of nice amenities. But with 7 adults and one child, we were met with only 3 bath cloths, 4 towels, no dish cloths for the kitchen. They gave us the wrong code for the front door after the rigorous check in online process. We called and got in quickly. With 7 adults, we had 3 vehicles on the premises. The lot was quite steep, (need those pix), so somebody had to park at the end of the drive and walk up the hill. The good part is that the office responded quickly when we called with each issue. Also, I’d like to see better details on the locations of the cabins. It’s important to me and my family that we not be too far out of town. The cabin, It’s Got It All, was quite spacious. We didn’t use the pool, the theater room, or the indoor mini golf room. I’m sure other people would love those things. We loved the 4 bedrooms that had their own bathrooms, The beds were great, but the sofa could stand to be updated. I don’t think we’d go back to this unit because of the steep drive, and we don’t need all that stuff! A nice view is more important, and this view was ok. Not fantastic, but ok. I hope this review helps someone.

When I first started going to gatlinburg and renting cabins from gatlinburg falls resort/cabins of the smokeys it was really nice always got cool cabins for a great price but as time went on the prices just got higher and higher and the cleaning fees went up a lot and the cleaning people honestly don't do that good of a job cleaning all almost all the staff are really nice the only other negative thing I have to say is we have had multiple problems with the hot tubs and and water heaters and the company dosnt reimburse that muvh they give you ten percent back well in my eyes I spent a whole day waiting for stuff to get fixed I couldn't enjoy what I pay so much to get and then they pretty much say here is ten percent take it or leave it

The house had lots of roaches that came from behind the refrigerator. A LOT. We reported it to the office and they offered us a discount on our next stay, but after reading the reviews we didn't want another stay since it seems this is a common problem. In addition, the wi-fi never worked for more than two minutes at a time. They sent out the nicest people who looked at it and said they were bringing back a new router but never did.

Upon arriving check in was at 4, we arrived at 6 and was told the cabin still hadn’t been inspected. We finally checked in at 7. When we got to the cabin the fireplace didn’t work, the hot tub was tore apart and didn’t have water and one of the toilets would not flush. Contacted the office. Next day someone came and fixed the toilet and hot tub but said they had to order a part for the fireplace and wasn’t sure when it would be in. My husband ended up fixing it later that day. Management was quick to respond. We made our stay enjoyable.

Hard to find location of cabin. Cobwebs everywhere. Appliances needed updating. Bathrooms very small & nowhere to put your toiletries.
