When booking my cabin I was told it was one of their more secluded cabins in sevierville. Upon arrival, it was actually in Gatlinburg and surrounded my 6 other cabins with no views! The pictures of the cabin on your website showed great views. We only had ONE THIN BLANKET supplied in our cabin so we froze at night! I called the night we arrived to tell them about our issues and was told I would receive some sort of compensation for the mix up and was given nothing.

While no one was rude, our experience was unacceptable. We stayed in Raven's Eye the week of 10/23/17. Beautiful cabin & location, but the cabin is not being properly maintained. The hot tub did not work (and obviously had not been in working order for quite some time) nor was it fixed during our stay. The garbage disposal was broken and was not fixed during our stay. The septic system was in dire need of cleaning (the stench was backing up through the pipes in the bathrooms). The shower in the master bathroom was unusable b/c it was so filthy. The pots and pans were unusable. Not only were they filthy, the teflon was peeling off of them. Every dish and utensil we pulled out of a cabinet or drawer had to be washed before we could use it. There were no mattress pads on any of the beds. The closet in the master bedroom was unusable b/c the carpet was saturated with pet? urine that had never been cleaned up (we had to keep the door closed b/c it smelled so bad). The wooded area around the cabin was full of garbage (literally, garbage bags full of trash, empty beer cans & water bottles everywhere, etc.). When we arrived, there was broken glass in the living room and on the front porch. Many of the doors leading to the outside would not lock, which made us feel unsafe. We reported all of the issues we found as we discovered them, but the maintenance people who were sent to correct the issues were unable to do so. What could have/should have been an incredible family vacation left us feeling disappointed and cheated. The 30% credit we received did not make up for the lousy experience.

Came the first day to find our hot tub was not working. Called the office and told it would take 2-4 hours, which was fine. Called back about 3 hours later and was told the same thing and that they had put in a maintenance request. Called about 3 more times until midnight that night where someone kept leading us to believe maintenance would be out that night. Got hung up on by an employee. Absolutely terrible customer service. It would have been fine if they told us no one could come out the same night, but we were repeatedly lied to and hung up on. Unacceptable. Someone came the next morning (after we were told they would put in ANOTHER maintenance request and it would take another 2-4 hours) and it took them 2 minutes to fix the issue. Will never rent through this company again.

I would have rated this company with zero starts or negative stars if available. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I rescheduled my stay due to the fire in Gatlinburg last year, and this company did not bother to let me know that there was an additional charge for this. I did not receive an e-mail, phone call or notice of any kind. I found this out when I was checking in. Also, the person checking me in was very rude to the point that she rolled her eyes at me at least twice as I was expressing my dissatisfaction with their extra charge. I would expect this from my teenage daughter, but not from a professional person who informed my that she was a manager with this company. I would never consider doing business with this company again.

Gatlinburg Falls.. Alpine Seclusion Cabins. Our first stay as a Family at Mountain Top Mansion we were moved to ANOTHER cabin due to a family member being completely eaten up by bed bugs. We were compensated for THAT event with the establishment paying for his treatment AND another stay to be used at any time. WELL... The stay THIS TIME AROUND was at ALPINE SECLUSION. The cabin was FILTHY upon arrival. Hot tub did NOT work. And here's the BEST part.. PERSONAL ITEMS CAME UP MISSING to where the police were involved resulting in items mysteriously popping back up ONCE we left and came back to FLORIDA. We now sit and await for items to arrive via overnight shipping. This place failed twice! NEVER will we return! WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Very disappointed in the cabin Mountain Jubilee. The floors were very nasty, Futon bed in upstairs room had crumbs all over it we flipped the mattress and it was nasty on the other side too! Needless to say no one slept on it!!! Area rugs had not been vacuumed . Door knob on front door came off when shutting the door, dryer didn’t work (called about that no one showed up to look at it), hot tub was cold, porch was nasty., pots and pans were in terrible shape, we had to buy our own trash bags. I could go on but I won’t!!! The price we paid to stay there would have been worth it because the cabin is beautiful just not taken care of. I don’t recommend this cabin and will never stay there again.

Very disappointed in the rental!!!!! For the money we paid, expected a better put together place...Furniture peeling and smelling bad, floors filthy, not much pots, pans, and plates and silverware. Hot tub never heated up, made phone calls for repairs, they said they would be out in two hours but never showed. Hot tub was not very clean, top feel off in our hands when ee took it off. Door knobs feel off in our hands, sheets very thin, matresses falling apart, and sinks stopped up. Would not recommend this cabin company to my enemies!!!
