Dont follow the address given by the check in company. Many cabins were not ready till after 6 although ours was. The numbers on the cabins make no sense in their order. Use the map they provide.The view online was deceiving there are traffic, roads and other areas visible besides the woods and mountains. Although advertised as "with a sister cabin" you could still hear the conversations from next door when trying to sleep. I don't think they were being loud it seemed they were talking in a normal pitch and you could still hear then through the walls. The stove was dirty when we arrived the washer and dryer had lose parts and were dirty with some mold inside. Bring your own linens, sherts towels blankets as theirs were old and not very luxurious. Also bring your own soap, tp, and laundry soap. The book when you check in tells you you are given a starter set of tp and soap but no laundry soap. If you bring from home it's less expensive. The location was convenient. The pool table is a nice idea but the windows are too close to the table so you have to be careful when shooting. The recliner leans to the right when used and is difficult to bring it back up right. Both toilets are difficult to flush in fact the main floor requires 2 hands and all your body weight to flush. The couch was comfortable. The bed is old and outdated when rolling over you could wake the dead. The carpeting was very rough and had stained dead spots I was uncomfortable walking on it without shoes. The jet tub had yellow water stains and mildew inside all the jets. The iron leaked water all iver the floor there was no ironing board just a broken table top iron.These negatives are what make it a 2 star experience. The 2 stars are there for the view and the location. Not for the cabin. By the way did o mention they charged my credit card $10000 not $1000 and a week later I still have not received a credit but I had to pay my bill and I got charged interest on the $ 10000 which the company is not willing to reimburse me.

This was the worst vacation I've ever gone on. We stayed in "The One". The hot tub was broke, and it took forever for someone to come attempt to fix it. They had four different people there and it never even got fixed. They knocked our power out to the house, we had no heat, and no water. There were also dirty dishes when we got there. MOST OF ALL THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE CABIN. I do not recommend this company for anything. They have poor communication throughout their staff, and their maintenance crew is clueless of what they're doing.

Our cabin did not have the appropriate number of towels, linens, pillows, and blankets to accommodate the number of people staying though it was less then what the cabin slept total. Cabin slept 26 and may had enough items for 15 people. I had also asked specifically if these items would be available upon our arrive and it was stated that they would. I did call guest services that evening to rectify the situation only to spend a total of one hour on the phone mostly waiting to speak to someone. Half of the items needed did arrive on Friday, but they did not bring the other items until Saturday. Many in the cabin spent a cold night there. I would like to hear from someone in the near future about these issues.

Poor check in process 3hrs late first night, cabin was supposed to have a hot tub. The hot tub was filthy and not working and cabin was not clean. They did upgrade to another cabin the next day only took 8 hrs to check in to it. They did very little in compensation for very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend them for any trip.

We stayed in Highland view and it was an awful experience. The roof leaked, ran down the wall into the electrical outlet, and shorted out half of the power in the cabin. When maintenance came to look at it they couldn’t fix it and ended up doing something to the water and we had no running water or ability to flush the toilet. There were all kind of bugs and no WiFi as stated in the advertisement. We called maintenance repeatedly and were promised that someone would look at the WiFi and no one came until we had the water issue and even then they couldn’t fix the WiFi. Unpon check out the staff said they could only refund one night and we asked to speak to a manager. Lindsey, the manager was very rude, told us to that one night was all we were getting and that we weren’t allowed to ask anymore questions and that she was hanging up. This was overall a terrible experience and the staff literally did not care.

Our stay was disastrous. We had several issues: no WiFi (which was promised), rain leaking into the cabin and frying the electricity in half the house, rain water all over the kitchen, no running water for 12 hours, and when the water worked prior it smelled like chlorine and sewage. We also felt like the carpet was not clean, there were wasps and ladybugs in the house, the towels were crusty, and there were not bathroom amenities. We called management over 7 times and none of our issues were solved. We were promised maintence men were on their way and they did not show up until 24 hours later. Upon checkout we spoke to management and received horrible customer service from Lindsey, who is presumably a manager with this company. Highland View cabin was a nightmare and we will not be using this company again.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced at a Gatlinburg cabin rental. We were left with no WiFi/service to contact anyone in case of an emergency, left in a cabin without running water, and water was leaking into the cabin which damaged electrical outlets leaving us in a dangerous electrical situation on top of which all fire detectors where not working/out of batteries. Calling the office was an extremely unpleasant experience and those who came out were both delayed (over 24 hours) and were unable to remedy the situation. Customer service was BEYOND disrespectful and non-accommodating. This stay and the service we received was unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this cabin rental to anyone. I hope our experience deters others from staying here so the gravity of this situation may be revealed to the company.

We stayed at Riverside Lodge. Beautiful on the outside. Inside ... not so good. In desperate need of an updating. It was nasty...hot tub did not work...it smelled dirty and musky....lower floor had not been cleaned. Very disappointed. Will never go back
