Good place to hang out and have fun

To be honest, one of the best places i've ever been is the smoky mountains. the place is fascinating and you can't hold your breathe there. me and my small family loved the place so much that we would love to go again

We loved the resort and cabin. But the check-in process was extremely frustrating. They didn't communicate CLEARLY that check-in time is when the cabin is available, which could be hours after arriving.

The cabin was fabulous but a bit lacking in Kitchen equipment . No matching wine glasses and not enough . No oven gloves . Etc

Our stay and lodging was wonderful and more than we expected. We only had one problem and that was that on our 2nd day our hot tub had gotten so low (due to the big guys we had in our group) that we couldn't really use it. I called the front desk two or three time to have them come and fill it and was told they would but no one showed. So we didn't get to use it after day 2 of our 5 day stay.....and it was high on our list of amenities to have at our cabin. Best family vacation other than that.

We stayed in the cabin creek seclusion! It was so nice to be away from everything. We had just got married and spend 3 nights there enjoying ourselves. It was a great experience. We can’t wait to come back. Maybe next time with our kiddos

My family had a great time at the resort the only problems we experienced with the cabin is that it was not cleaned properly but with issues that could be fixed they did.
