My wife and I have rented several different cabins on different occasions. Cabins of The Smokey Mountains has always been the company we’ve used to rent a cabin. We’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly. The locations are great.

Great experience. Hot tub took a while to get going on the first day but was beautiful once ready. Check out instructions could have been clearer but awesome experience nonetheless.

I had an amazing time staying in the Cabins of the Smoky Mountains. The only problem was that I didn't want to leave my cabin! There was so much to do with games, jacuzzi, and views from the balcony. I can't wait to have a chance to go back again!

Let me first start by saying, it was only after making our reservation that I began reading negative reviews online. We've been traveling to Gatlinburg every year for the past 22 years and I'm VERY pleased to say this was by far one of our favorite properties!!! The cabin was beautiful, clean, nice and abundant linens. We even received a call from customer care the day after arriving to make sure all was well with our accommodations. We were able to check into our cabin earlier than expected and the virtual check in was hassle free. I strongly recommend Gatlinburg Falls. We'll be making another trip soon.

We enjoyed everything about the cabin we would stay again

Beautiful cabin. Had a few issues but were corrected as soon as we called. Saw several bears getting to the cabin that thrilled our grandsons. They really enjoyed the arcade games. Reimbursed us because of problems with the indoor pool. Convient to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Would ask for same cabin again.

We had an absolute great time at the cabin during Thanksgiving week! The cabin was amazing

Great time spent there. Beautiful view. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with the oven but it was taken care of quickly the next day. Would recommend staying there. We will be coming back
