Cabins of the Smoky MountainsReviews of cabinsofthesmokymountains.com

We had a great time. The hot tub was not filled when we got there but when we called, they sent someone out to fill it and we never could get the movie room to work even after them sending out a technician but we had a great time and the cabin was very clean. If we make another trip back to the mountains, we will stay here again.

It was a lovely experience. The view was unbeatable and we had the cabin near the end of the lane (Rejuvenation) so it felt private and comfortable. The multi-cade had a stuck button, so games were nearly unplayable; However, I didn't report or complain about it, so that was partially on me. It didn't ruin my experience. The cabin wasn't available until 5:30, but check-in was supposed to be at 4. Even so, no reimbursement is given, nor do you get a later check out time. I seriously think that something should be done to compensate, otherwise I would have given five stars. Regardless, I would still return -- The view was breathtaking from the two decks. The pool table and air hockey makes for a ton of fun. Comfortable furniture and gorgeous interior is really relaxing. But keep in mind your check-in time could be delayed, which could be a real pain if you have a large group, or even children. Luckily we did not.

great place to stay ! clean cabins! nice views! cabins are a little close to each other

Nice cabins!😊

Some dust but no dirt. not the cleanest TV had static on some channels and missing a remote piece. But the staff was great, even though maintenance came out around 9:30 pm when we called around 6:00 pm.. and although they could not fix the issue, it did not dampen our trip.

Would have gave a 5 but every time we come no matter what cabin we rent there’s a few things that are broke or don’t work.

These cabins were beautiful. We had a really restful weekend. They really deserve a 5 star, I'm putting 4 because I thought they would be a bit more private and secluded from looking at the pictures, but all the cabins were on a small cul-de-sac, so our cabin was the first on the right...meaning our back porch and hot tub was not very private.

We had a great time! Very nice clean cabin. Plenty of room for a 1 bedroom. Close to downtown and groceries. If you are looking for privacy keep looking...we weren't so it was perfect. The reason I'm giving 4 stars was the mattress on the king bed was horrible no better than sleeping on the floor. The rest of the furnishings throughout the cabin were nice however they should've spent more on the mattress!!
