Robert, we appreciate your business and are sorry you were dissatisfied. To clarify, 27 of 35 products were not missing. The concern is that some items did not match the cabinet line your customer expected. The photos you provided show that significantly more than eight products were delivered. We received Boness Construction’s email only a few hours before this review was posted Friday evening. Although we disagree with parts of the review, our customer service team is actively working toward a resolution. Any return or exchange requires coordination and transit time, so we appreciate your patience.
