Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the experience. We’re very happy to hear that you love your cabinets. We understand that additional shipping costs can be frustrating. However, we would like to clarify that the items ordered afterward were not considered small parcel items, as they included long moldings approximately 100” in packaging length and a plywood sheet panel. Due to the size and handling requirements, these items require freight shipping, which can be costly. To help minimize the expense, we covered a portion of the shipping cost on our end and also provided an additional discount for the order. We truly appreciate your business and thank you for choosing us for your project.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear the sample door arrived promptly and in perfect condition. While we understand that the color wasn’t the right fit for your needs, the purpose of samples is to help make that determination before placing a full order. Given that the sample served its intended purpose, we feel a 3-star rating may not fully reflect the quality of our service. That said, we value all feedback and use it to improve. If you’d like to return the sample or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your feedback; we truly value customer input as it helps us improve our services. We noticed that your 3-star rating may not fully reflect the quality of our service, and we’d like to offer some clarification. You placed an order for a color sample on December 27 for $2.99, which covered both the product and shipping. The product was shipped from our location in Pennsylvania the next business day, and it arrived at your location in Utah four business days after shipment. This delivery timeline aligns with industry standards and our advertised shipping timeframes. Regarding the color variation, it’s important to note that colors may appear differently across screens due to factors such as display settings, brightness, contrast, and individual device calibration. Unfortunately, we have no control over these settings, which can cause slight differences in appearance. We strive to provide the best possible service while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. While expedited air shipping options are sometimes available, we cannot afford to use those options for a $2.99 order without significantly increasing the price. We understand that your experience may not have met your expectations, but we truly value the dedication of our team in ensuring smooth and reliable service. We hope this explanation provides clarity, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot control when our emails may end up in customer's spam or promotional folders. It is recommended that customers check all folders, including spam and promotions, to ensure they do not miss any important updates or correspondence from us. Additionally, I understand the frustration that can come with shipping delays, and I want to assure you that these occurrences are sometimes outside of our control. We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally unforeseen circumstances can cause delays in transit.

Dear Eron, Thank you for the interest in our products. Our records indicate you ordered one sample door from us. We appreciate you ordering a sample to see the color before ordering products. It is sad the color of the sample did not match with what you expected. However that is what the samples are for. They are provided so customers can check colors. We don't believe we deserved one star in this case. However, we value you as a customer and would appreciate another opportunity to serve you better. Sincerely, Customer Service
