These don't hold up
These don't hold up. None of our doors are usable and we've removed them to buy separately. We purchased approximately 30 cabinets and all of the doors warped so that they're unusable. I can understand some warping (1/8th of an inch maybe?) but these ended up being U shaped with 3/4 to 1" of warp. They did send us replacements but none of them worked. Boxes are fine, doors aren't. I should have bought something else.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. When you initially contacted us, replacements were provided at no charge. Unfortunately, we were not contacted about other issues before this review, so neither we nor the manufacturer had an opportunity to properly investigate what happened. What makes this particularly unusual is that you are reporting severe warping with essentially all of the original doors and then with the replacement doors as well. These are stock cabinets produced in large quantities by an established manufacturer, with components manufactured in multiple production runs and inventory arriving at different times. Replacements are taken from inventory and produced separately. The doors are made from HDF, an engineered material commonly used for cabinet doors in part because of its dimensional stability. Given the material, manufacturing process, and quality control, the same condition affecting every original and replacement door would be highly unusual. When something like this occurs, the doors themselves as well as storage, installation, and environmental conditions may need to be evaluated. Our search did not return any of your orders for the date you indicated in the review and there were fewer cabinets ordered under your name as indicated. It is possible orders were placed under a different person or at another time. This cabinet line is backed by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. We remain available to work with you and the manufacturer to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate warranty resolution.
