This is our second time ordering cabinets with this company and specifically having Holly help us navigate the design and layout. She was responsive, helpful, and patient as we ensured we were selecting the right items based on our tricky layout. The cabinets are beautiful and well-crafted; our installers had everything they needed thanks to the details in the trim and mock-ups; and the customer service is outstanding.

Very helpful and available for a quick process. Friendly and knowledgeable. Took the stress out of managing the process off sight.

Fast response time, creative layout designs, and never makes mistakes

I was lucky enough to get Ashley as my cabinet designer! She was incredible, especially since she had to deal with a lot of back and forth from me as we build our new home, so months would go by before I'd contact her again thinking we were ready to move forward with the design we'd settled on, then I'd have another delay. But all through it, Ashley was incredibly patient and understanding and helped me get the best price when we finally ordered. I'm confident that when the cabinets arrive, I can reach out to her if there are any issues and I know she'll be just as helpful!

I've used cabinets.com for 4 kitchens and am planning a 5th. I've been very happy with the build quality and fast order to delivery time frame. In all of those orders there has only been one issue and it was resolved quickly. Our designer, Brooke, has been fabulous. Whether its the upfront design, turning around changes, or answering questions you get a wonderful personal touch. From beginning, ordering, and installation she's just as invested in the outcome as we are!

I’m a repeat customer with Cabinets.com and have found each and every experience to be very informative and easy. The designers that I’ve worked with have been fantastic often going the extra mile. I’d really like to highlight Brooke, who are many occasions. Worked to ensure I was able to get the right products and have the right positioning of cabinets. Often she would provide meaningful feedback on the cabinets being deployed in each of the rooms. Our last order was very significant, and she was very patient, but worked with expediency. When I needed help replacing a cabinet that had fallen and broken due to the workers dropping it we were able to get that accomplished. She was able to get expedited manufacturer and delivery so not to hold up the job. Since the original order, we’ve placed additional molding orders and she was able to work with us to get that accomplished as well. I truly enjoyed my experience with her and with Cabinets.com.
