I love Cabinet and look forward to seeing more from you! I first found congestion meds on Amazon and was obsessed. I have ordered refills from your webpage and am excited to see more of my staples available. Keep being amazing and take over other kinds of staples in this way… toothpaste, toiletries, cleaning products.

Great refillable containers. Difficulty opening at first. Difficult for older eyes to see white lettering on the orange cap. Maybe print in black or stick with blue lids.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback here! As a customer-first business, we really appreciate your recommendation as it helps us ensure we are providing customers with exactly what they need. Regarding our caps, we're sorry to hear that you had trouble. We made the caps quite tight, as part of our child-resistance certification, which we recognize presents a challenge to some. After receiving some mindful feedback from our community like yourself, our team is currently evaluating if they can be "loosened" at all to ensure everyone even those with arthritis or a disability can easily open the bottle.

Package was small and discreet, but a few pills were split during delivery.

We’re so sorry to hear about your recent order experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This is definitely not the experience we want for our Cabinet community. We’re happy to hear that our lead pharmacist was able to connect with you over the phone and will be sending your next refill at no charge. Additionally, we have gone ahead and refunded your original order—you should have received the email confirmation. We know we can't take back this disappointing experience, but hope it shows that we are accountable for our service and sincerely want to make things right. If you have any additional questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you again!

Awesome product and very helpful in so many ways. The QR Code re-order idea is easy to use and includes competitive pricing on the meds. Makes thing so much easier for my wife and family.
