Not enough dosage options
Not enough options available for my prescription doses. I take extended release propranolol- 80 mg was not an option. Also the price of duloxetine was prohibitive.

Please support FSA cards and please add controlled substances to the offered prescriptions list. Those are the only things keeping me from fully diving in and replacing all of my medication with Cabinet bottles.

Hi Kaleb! Thank you for this feedback! While we are not able to directly accept HSA or FSA cards as payment at this time, many customers have been able to get a reimbursement from their fund with an itemized receipt (though this is dependent on the fund's policies). We've added the ability to generate a receipt directly from your account portal. Simply login to your My Cabinet account then select Orders from the left-hand menu. This will show each of your orders. Directly below the large button that says Track Now you will see a hyperlink that says Print Receipt. We've had a lot of folks interested in whether we are able to fill prescriptions for controlled substances. I'm sorry to say due to limitations regarding shipping controlled substances across state lines we are unable to fulfill DEA-scheduled drugs. We hope this can change in the near future! Thank you again for this feedback and we are here if you need anything else!

I buy pepcid and claritin over the counter but you only offer those under a prescription. The site is a little too complicated to select the items you want. If the items were just listed in alphabetical order instead of in categories such as digestive health, sleep, etc. it would be easier. Also there is no place for comments. I wanted to transfer my prescriptions now but they won't be due to be filled until January and February but there was no place to note that.

Their pharmacists coordinated well with my doctor to speed up the process. I received my prescription within 1 week in a mostly recyclable container. The paperwork in the delivery box could have been emailed to me and conserved resources. Unfortunately, they do not except HSA payments or insurance. Overall, they do great work to reduce plastic and I will continue supporting their cause.

Delivered faster than expected. Cute bottles, love how they stack and their goal to reduce the use of plastic in the healthcare industry. Only reason why I give it 4 stars is because I haven’t actually tried the medicine yet.

The one supplement that I thought I would repeatedly order is no longer available. Otherwise, I really like that this company is environmentally friendly.

Everything was easy to add my pharmacy and medications. I liked that the pricing was ready for me. However, I’m missing details about how it ships every month? Am I paying that ever single month? Does that price include the glass bottles? Do I pay that for the remaining refills??

This is a great way to cut down on plastic. Decent choice of meds to pick from as well! Would like to see more options though like ibuprofen, omeprazole, nighttime cold and flu, other allergy options, probiotics and vitamins. It’s cheaper to buy at the local store so not for sure how long I’d justify spending on these for esthetic and environmental reasons which is a great reason but my pocket book is the boss around here.
