I have been following Cabinet for about two years now. I’m so happy to see how great they’re doing + the future expansion into prescriptions. From the compostable pouch to the glass container, they really thought of everything to keep your medicine cabinet organized and sustainable. I can’t wait to see what else Cabinet brings us in the future!

Dislike childproof caps. Because square, and small hard to press down and remove caps. Love concept. Could be more creative on caps w/ childproof and still cool square/glass design.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback here! As a customer-first business, we really appreciate your recommendation as it helps us ensure we are providing customers with exactly what they need. When our team was first developing these bottles, we wanted to ensure that the caps were child-resistant. After receiving some mindful feedback from our community like yourself, our team is currently working on improving the cap to ensure everyone even those with arthritis or a disability can easily open the bottle.

I would give a 5 star review but the lids are difficult to remove.

Thanks so much for your honest feedback, Dan. Our bottles are child-resistant and utilize a bayonet structure. To open, you need to firmly push down on the bottle lid and then twist, and the cap should then come off. As part of our child-resistance certification, we made the caps quite tight, which we recognize presents a challenge to some. We are in the process of evaluating if they can be "loosened" at all and will be sure to provide our community with any updates!

We’re so sorry to hear about your recent order experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This is definitely not the experience we want for our Cabinet community. Our customer care team has reached out to you via email to collect additional information as we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. In the meantime, our team has reshipped your order and sent along a discount code to the email on file, should you choose to shop with us again in the future. We know we can't take back this disappointing experience, but hope it shows that we are accountable for our service and sincerely want to make things right.

I love the product and I did get in touch with customer service to know more about the membership. The only concerning thing was there was no log in when I ordered so I’m afraid that it didn’t save under me but other than that because of that issue I gave 4/5.
