prescription arrived late
My prescription arrived late, leaving a 2 day gap and causing me to get estrogen withdrawal symptoms (headache). They blame USPS, but when they ship it 2 days before the last batch runs out, knowing how long the shipping method takes, it seems like a problem that could be solved by shipping it earlier. It's only more convenient than a local clinic and pharmacy if it arrives on time!

We prepare and ship your order in a timely manner, but sometimes there are delivery delays for the USPS that are beyond our control. We do have alternative shipping options, but they have additional costs, USPS Ground shipping what we can offer for free. They are always so quick to respond and…
They are always so quick to respond and seem to really want to help make your life better. Not like other companies that take your money and then raise the price even more to keep going. At Winona, they make sure the HRT is working for YOU and adjust it as YOU need. I highly recommend them.

When I Started Winona’s therapy…
When I Started Winona’s therapy prescription. I was having a difficult time sleeping and feeling like myself. I have now been using these therapies for a couple of months. I am sleeping well and feeling like myself. I have had no negative side affects. Thank you!
