The "follow-up" appointment I just completed was a bit of a joke. Asking three questions - "Do you like Winona, yes or no? Do you want to up your prescription, yes or no? Do you want to continue your prescription, yes or no?" This bare bones assessment is nowhere near nuanced enough determine if the treatment is working. I don't KNOW if I'm on the right prescription ... I would hope that there would be more in-depth questions and dialogue with a medical professional to work together to get the best results. You need more than YES or NO questions and the patient shouldn't be the driver on whether to continue at current levels or not.
