In general, it is a very easy process and easy to get in touch with my doctor. It may not be instant but within a week. Not sure if I’m seeing great changes yet but more changes are inevitable with perimenopause. I enjoy the access to the community on Facebook and have tried twice to post questions about other women’s experiences (like getting acne on DHeA) but always get shut down by admins saying I should talk to my doctor (which I have btw), only to see other questions that somehow get through that are more medical than mine. That is beyond frustrating. Otherwise it has been a good experience so far.

Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that your experience with our process and your doctor has been positive so far. We understand that changes during perimenopause can take time, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Regarding your Facebook group experience, we truly appreciate you bringing this up. Our moderators aim to create a safe space by limiting medical advice to licensed professionals. This helps ensure accurate and personalized care for everyone. We know it can feel discouraging when you're simply seeking community input, and we’re always looking for ways to improve that balance. We’re grateful to have you as part of the Winona community and encourage you to keep reaching out to your doctor as your needs evolve. You're not alone in this journey!
