The app doesn’t have any of your prescription or subscription or account information so virtually useless before you care about is getting your medication. Then you login online and I’ve just wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to find what my subscription is and how much it cost can’t find the information anywhere. Search through all my emails. It’s not there either. I should not have to search through my credit card statements to work out what I paid what was my mind that they don’t also offer 24 hour saliva testing for hormones…. I trained as a midwife in New Zealand and booze my mind they don’t take advantage of providing an even better service based on actual 24 hours over Testing particularly with those of us that are in peri- menopause.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with the app and difficulty locating your subscription and billing details. Your experience is important to us, and we want to make sure you can access your information easily. Please note that the Community app is different from your patient portal, so that may be part of the confusion. To perform tasks specifically related to your treatment plan, such as messaging your doctor, managing your account, or viewing and editing refill dates, you’ll need to use the Winona website and log into your personal portal here: https://app.bywinona.com/login?utm_source=bywinona.com%2Flogin You can also navigate to your portal within the Community app by clicking on the “Patient Portal” tab at the top right corner of the menu bar, just under your profile photo. This will take you directly to your login page. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page and click on your name. From the drop-down menu, select “Insurance Documents” to retrieve your needed receipts. As for hormone testing, it’s important to know that blood hormone levels can vary greatly from day to day, so bloodwork isn’t always an accurate reflection of what your body needs. In many cases, labs may appear “perfect” even when symptoms persist. Because of this, HRT is prescribed based on your symptoms and medical history—our goal is to help you feel better, not just to “fix” lab values.
