Winona is incredibly horrible to work…
Winona is incredibly horrible to work with, I began with them on May 6, 2026. I filled out their paperwork and sent them my Driver's License all updated. They assigned me a doctor. And after a week of looking everything over and havening my prescription filled, they literally sent my medicine to the wrong address. And tried to say I gave them the wrong address; I certainly did not. And they never took responsibility for their mistake. Now all of this took weeks, on Friday May 22, 2026 they emailed me they got my package back and would be sending it out immediately. The following Tuesday May 26,2026 I received another of their endless emails, saying my prescription is being canceled, as I put down the wrong birthday on my original forms. These forms were given to them on May 6, and yes there was an error on my part, but that was amended that same day, with the right birthday, they had weeks to look things over and if I was not young enough for their medicine they should have told me. Now here is the thing: In their website, they clearly state, that there is NO AGE LIMIT, as long as the person is in good health, which I am. Also, next lie they told me on Tuesday May 26, 2026, that they don't ship out of state. Their web site states they work with people all over the world. So, this is a real phony outfit. And to be avoided at all times. I have filed several complaints to regulating government agencies, let see if that will get them off the internet.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback, Evonne, and we agree that there was some confusion that occurred during your onboarding process. One of the perks of using Winona is that patients may onboard at any time via our electronic platform. Because we can only prescribe to women who are between the ages of 35 and 59, the platform will not allow a patient to proceed if their age falls outside of those parameters. Our website clearly indicates that being younger than age 35 or being age 60 or older is a contraindication to being prescribed HRT on our platform. You can find more information here: https://help.bywinona.com/en/articles/5544249-what-are-the-contraindications-to-hrt Unfortunately, you entered a date of birth that did not match your true age, and you were able to continue the onboarding process. Prescribing HRT to women who have no contraindications is very safe, but we rely on patients to provide accurate and truthful information for their own safety, health and well-being. We do not want to prescribe something to a woman that would do her more harm than good. When it was discovered that your DOB was incorrect, we took additional steps to verify it. We do not like to turn any woman away, but your age requires a more conservative and in-depth management style than what we can provide for you via an online platform. We know this is disappointing. Regarding the shipping of your medications, we ship to 37 states within the U.S. and one U. S. territory. We sent the medications to the address that you requested, but it was not a valid address recognized by the USPS. They were sent back to us, and you were refunded for them. Again, we apologize for the frustration as it is not our intent to make the process of getting HRT complicated, but a woman must meet our guidelines and safety parameters to do so. We wish you the best!
