I'm retired on a fixed income and with Medicare. I just received a statement with a balance due of over $200 some of which is from supplies I received last year. I can't afford to pay so much at once but they won't let me reorder until it's paid. I'm not happy with the billing system being so far behind. I want to pay for the supplies I receive month to month.

Update: As of today my son still hasn't received any supplies! At this point I'm not sure what else I can do! This is absolutely unacceptable for a company to run like this!! I wish I could give this company zeros! I've been with this company for approximately 13 years receiving supplies for my son! Every month is a nightmare when I order his supplies! The supplies are late, don't come at all or get a partial amount. My son has been without supplies for 2 weeks now! I spent hours on the phone with them, all they do is transfer to a different person, over and over again without getting anywhere! It should not be this difficult to place the same order every month!! Something has got to change with this company, because parents or patients should not have to deal with this type of incompetence!! It's extremely stressful and frustrating on top of everything we have to deal with!!

If you have high blood pressure, do not call them. This company intends to give you a heart attack. Every time I need my prescription of blood glucose chips, they say my doctor’s office hasn’t sent in the necessary paperwork. That’s just a tactic to buy them more time to delay your life saving meds! I’ve been suffering in dealing with them for about 20 years. They don’t care about complaints and enjoy making you mad. I’ve got news for you, Byram. You’re not the only supplier and I hope you go bankrupt! I ordered on the 18th and after 10 days, I still don’t have my CGMs. I am now without one and have low blood sugar when I sleep at night. A rep told me to set my alarm clock to manually check my blood sugar every hour in the night. HUH? Are you kidding me? Byram is run by morons.

Horrible customer service. 6 orders over 18 months and they messed up everyone of them. Send text asking if you want to reorder. Can order online. Can call in. After text, online and 5 phone calls they sent and old prescription. When requested to return and get correct prescription filled, they refused. They said Medicare would make them throw away and they would lose money. They DID NOT fill prescription correctly but did fill correctly in Feb. 2026. I had to call Medicare and they intervened on my behalf. Medicare told them if boxes were not opened, I could return. They are sending me a new shipment today after spending over 3 hours today on the phone with Bryan & Medicare. Please FIX your issues and quit blaming your customers. Will not use again.

Not even a star. They're vile and they are regularly cheating their customers out of money and supplies and won't even do what they should be doing. Customers Service is a joke and the so called Supervisors are laughable. They need to be shutdown. Oh if they call and say that you owe money and you know you don't? You won't get your supplies they will lock you out its like ransom. And when the finally (which is never) and you just keep paying they are getting double money from you and your insurance. Run far run fast and get some other supplier. Been at this since October and still at it.

EVERYTIME I HAVE TO REORDER SUPPLY'S THEY SAY I NEED TO UPDATE PRESCRIPTION OR INSURANCE NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT WHY THIS PROBLEM KEEPS HAPPENING AND BLAMES IT ON DOCTORS OFFICE OR THE INSURANCE DID NOT APPROVE THE ORDER. WORSE OVERALL IS NO ONE CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTION ABOUT WHY TRY USING World Wide Medical Distributors update 5/18/2026 we went with better company i don't not support nonsense and that's what Byrum is maybe if their shareholders loose enough money they will wake up 17 years complaining about customer service and now I get a call from corporate wanting to resolve this how ironic its to late to resolve yall had a number of years to take care of issues and your ratings reflect that now that your numbers are dropping now you want to do something about it

You have the worst customer service,I have ever had to deal with,every time I call I'm waiting on hold for up to 20 mins. This is ridiculous.
