Been fighting with them since January 2021. They did not fill out claim forms for Medicare and supplement properly.Nobody answers the phone, chat room does not work,they do not return calls when a message is left. I will fight them in court if they continue to harass me. Do not use this company.

Received an email from Byron healthcare to re-order my freestyle libre. When I called them they indicated that I was not eligible to place an order for another week. This is a complete waste of my time. I told the customer service rep that their data processing has taken credit for doing a job that was not done successfully. They should redo the program and apologize for the inconvenience of having me to call them needlessly.

I ordered my products 9 days before I would run out and ran out 3 days ago. I was told it was a medicare problem and they would place the order today. It would be delivered in 3-7 days. I will be asking my doctor for an alternate company. The person who I talked to yelled at me.

The absolute worst!! After ordering for ONE YEAR & being told each time that I questioned them that YES it was all being covered- they sent me a bill for $42,000!! I had to get an attorney m, who after simply writing them a letter, Byram dismissed ALL CHARGES within a week! I feel for those who are being charged who simply can’t afford an attorney to help them and then they get stuck having to pay! This company is a total scam with Satan orchestrating everything! It’s THAT ugly & evil!!

Absolute terrible company. I need my pump supplies and after ordering them for months with my insurance, they now tell me that. They don't contract have a contract with my insurance, and now i have to foot the bill for the supplies that i thought would be covered by insurance. i am out of pump supplies. So i am switching to the manufacturer on my pump for supplies

I just called Byram again because I'm running out of medical supplies for my diabetes. I was told that my order that was confirmed 3 weeks ago was not being processed because there has been no "in person" visit for the last 6 months. I explained that my doctor was not allowing any in person visits because of Covid 19. I was told that they understand this but they couldn't send the supplies because of Medicare guidelines. This is a stupid company with stupid policies. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

I have a permanent ileostomy, my copay is $3000 before they start covering any cost. I have been paying monthly with $140 still due, they don't allow new orders until your balance is paid in full. This isn't some luxury item I am purchasing, this is my life! I can't function with out my products. It's disgusting! Living with this condition is difficult enough and now I have to figure out how to get this all paid to make sure I have my equipment! They should be ashamed of themselves!
