Do not order from Byram! They do not respect you as a customer. I have been making payments monthly to my account. You receive no information about what payments you have made and what invoice it was applied to. Suddenly you get a letter from collections with amounts that don't make sense and don't match the invoices. What you have paid doesn't match with what it shows on the website. Now I have to deal with this lack of information and overcharging. Awful!

I agree with everyone on here that they are the WORST COMPANY. My dad is 85 & has diabetes & when he got his package the JERK put the wrong testing strips in the box. I have been calling & trying to get the right strips for 3 WEEKS & still I don't have the right strips. I even spoke with a Supervisor who PROMISE me that the right strips would come on Saturday ( 2 days ago) & I have no strips which means my Dad has not been able to test his blood. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB. I am going to wright to them.

Here I am again! Last month I was without Dexcom G6 sensors for 3 days. My last sensor this month shuts down at 5:37 PM today, approximately 15 minutes from now and I have no idea when my monthly shipment will arrive. Wonder how many dayw I will not be able to use my insulin pump efficiently because of you inefficient ordering and shipping service? Your company sucks at being a Dexcom Supplier and Medicare Vendor.

This Has Got To Be The Worse If Not The Worses Medical Supply Company! Been Dealing With This Company For A Year & They Still Have Not A Clue On How To Get Medical Supplies To Its Customers. Every 3 Months When My Supplies Are Suppose To Ship I Have Endless Problems Getting Them. I Have Had Enough Of This Worse Than Worse Company...I See Why They Only Have 1& a Half Stars! That's To Many...They Don't Deserve That 1 Star!!!

Horrible. Been waiting months for my prescription. My health has deteriorated significantly in that time. The insurance company has contacted Byram several times instructing them to send my device, but Byram is still refusing to send the medical device.

Worst provider we've ever worked with. Supplies are always late, inproper billing to insurance, that's if they even fill it out correctly. You will ALWAYS be told you owe them until you talk to them on the phone. THEN, we decided to stop using them and without notification they have begun to send bills to collects for different amounts than what they said we supposedly owed. 100% avoid them at all costs.

I would not even give this company 1 star. I have dealt with them for over 2 years and have had issues every time I try to order my daughters supplies, which is every month! They tell you to place the order online which is super easy to do. HOWEVER, unless you call or do an online chat AFTER placing the order online, NOTHING happens. They say to give it 48 hrs to be processed but they never do unless you contact them directly. They communicate NOTHING to you. They don't tell you if your supplies are on backorder and they don't tell you when they need new scripts from your doctor. So unless you contact them and ask these questions then you would never know! We never received her supplies on time. In fact, I had her doctor change her prescription to add a few extra of her supplies for the month, and we often still would not have enough for the month because they were never sent on time! This was the most infuriating company to deal with!!

Having had to have medical supplies for my son delivered for over 8 years now from another supplier (amazing and reliable) and now with a need to have a 2nd supplier due to an insurance issue, Byram is who I'm stuck with. My sons supplies for his cecostomy tube could not possibly be any more difficult to get. reorders are an absolute nightmare to actually get delivered. Lack of any communication is just as frustrating. The "portal" is an absolute joke. You can look up your order and it will say it's shipped and provide a tracking number. However, if there is an item or multiple items backordered, there is zero communication to the patient. No email, no phone call, no notification on the portal. Calling them will only frustrate you more. Average phone wait time for me personally is around 45 minutes. If I did have another option, I would go that route. Also, I thought I should note, this situation has happened on every single order/reorder I have placed. If you have another option, I suggest you use it.
