They sent my account to collections without ever sending me an invoice or calling me. Now my next order for CGM supplies is on hold while I fix their screw up. I have to wait while they stop collections and send me a real bill. I suffer for their mistake. Be aware.

Poor customer Service. Unfair return policy. The return policy is a gotcha scam. If you do not contact them within 48 hours of receipt, you can’t return supplies that we’re ordered correctly but shipped wrong by Byrum. 3 months worth of wrong size ostomy bags were sent and would not fit the acompanying flange on the stoma wafer. Package was inventoried but boxes were identical except for one numeral. It was virtually impossible to notice this before the pouches were needed in 3 weeks. This was completelyByram’s mess up and caused me more than inconvenience. They were argumentative and only reluctantly approved a return. Took me three calls for approval to receive the return label. I waited on hold three times for over 20 minutes. Meanwhile am running low on pouches that fit. At this point, no return label has been received and they won’t ship the correct merchandise until the incorrect mdse is returned. This is unacceptable for a company that has been trusted by Medicare to supply medically necessary equipment.

Husband is end of life The only thing that keeps him going is the diligent care of his extensive wounds. Had a State Social Worker confirm with the Insurance that he is fully covered in addition to confirming with Byram that when the Chart Notes from Wound Care Dr. were sent in there would be no problem. It took a few months to even get Byram to state they needed chart notes. Byram continues to say my husband's Insurance is the problem BUT IT IS NOT. Wound Care Doctor had sent in Chart Notes and still not getting even the basic needs. Simple gauze and other wound care supplies are LIFE SAVING to my husband, and that they are approved and needed is a CRIME. State worker confirmed the disconnect is with Wound Care Supplier Byram. BAH! Been fighting this disconnect for over 3 months now. TERRIBLE. Don't know what to do, just don't know what to do. You can see by the many other reviews on Yelp that others are suffering the same issues, with the same lame excuses from Byram trying to blame insurance companies for these issues. Bad reviews all over the Internet!! They are discombobulated and I am disgusted. Failure to care.

Byram has been sending me diabetes supplies, I guess without a prescription For a long period of time. Rather than contact myself or the doctor, they did nothing and subsequently canceled my order for life sustaining diabetic supplies. I should not have to babysit a medical supply company. I have had to use other resources/companies and pay out of pocket due to their poor customer service. On the last call I notified them they need to get the situation handled and nothing has happened.

The only reason Byram healthcare is in business is because some insurance companies force you to use them in order to get medical supplies. That's it. Nobody would choose to work with this company voluntarily. A little history - I've been a customer getting Dexcom G6 supplies from Byram for the past five years or so. My insurance changed this year, and they also cover supplies through Byram. Shouldn't be an issue, right? Well, I've been trying unsuccessfully now to get my insurance information changed. Their customer service agents will outright lie to you and mislead you to get you to get off the phone or chat with them. I had a woman last week take my insurance information and tell me she would update the site, since their website - for some reason - isn't letting me do this. Well, to my shock and surprise they didn't update the information and now I am left without potentially life-saving medical supplies due to their lack of concern for their customers and their incompetence. Byram Healthcare isn't only a bad company to do business with, they should be investigated for criminal negligence in the US and I will be writing my congressmen about doing just that. Avoid Byram at all costs.

Poor customer service. Strike 1: I asked if they carried a certain item and the agent wanted to know my insurance info, Dr info, etc before he would tell me. Strike 2: I eventually found the ostomy belt on their website and needed help sizing it to get the right size hole . The live chat told me she couldn't help with that and that I had to see the Dr to get that right. Utterly useless customer service, time to change suppliers.

This is a sad excuse for a healthcare provider. Order for diabetes equipment ordered 3 weeks ago still not send, one excuse after another from them. Stay away for this company.
