Crazy terrible customer service. My heart is absolutely racing after spending 9 days banging my head against the wall talking to them and still I have no order. Talked to consumer service today again for the 5th time to be told that they have no ability to let me talk to a manager or transfer me to anyone who can help me. Your order goes into the black hole of concerned, put on hold, we will let you know if it ships, cancelled, etc. These are really important sometimes life or death supplies people are counting on. Crazy crazy!!!

BYRUM IS TOTALLY INEPT
I have struggled with BYRUM for my diabetic supplies TOO long. Everyone involved is INEPT. The reorder website is a joke. Placing and order is a joke. Why are they still in business!!!
The customer service people cannot input correct information. It takes too long to get helpful clarification or to even order!! They called the Dr, left a dozen message and not realizing that it is NOT the clinic number. I asked what fax number was listed, CS could not find it. If you ask any questions they act like they have no idea what you are asking.
They are a company of misinformation and poor service!!! No way can you talk to a supervisor, they don’t even know the superiors name and when transferring….they hang up on you!!!!

Byram Healthcare is Incompetent
Update: 6/6/2024
As I thought, this was not resolved at all. I am currently on the phone with Ben, a Byram representative trying to NOT pay a bill of $68 for test strips I did not get as described in the previous review from 4 months ago.
Also, why am I getting a bill 4 months later?
Byram, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I was alerted from FedEx at 2:00 AM Monday night that I was to receive my delivery from Byram Healthcare on Wednesday.
The issues:
I called 4 months prior and closed the account, so was not supposed to be getting any order.
I moved 4 months ago, changed the address in the system and with the representative who "closed" my account but the shipment was being sent to previous address.
I called the next day, and after going back and forth with two different representatives, I was told that I can get a return label when I get the package so I can send it back and not get billed. I explained that I would NOT get the shipment since I no longer lived at that address. Also, it was obvious that they had my new address as I had already been getting bills sent to my current address for 3 months. The representative tried to give me the number to FedEx to call and handle the package being sent to my new address. I kindly told her to call them and cancel the order as I did not send the package to myself and it was not my responsibility. After a hold, I was told that she called them and canceled the order. I was even given a confirmation code that this occurred. Of course the next day I was sent a delivery notification from FedEx that my package was delivered and left outside the garage of my old address. The house doesn't have a garage, so I am not even sure where this package was delivered.
Called today and spoke with Nicole. She stated that there was A: No record of me closing the account 4 months ago. B: A written record that the representative said she attempted to contact FedEx. (Not did and canceled the order, but attempted) and C: There was no information on the address change prior to yesterday.
I asked what could be done as I did not receive the package, moved 4 months ago, and did call at that time and closed this account because I was moving, they were billing me incorrectly, and had been shipping the wrong diabetic testing products. Also, I let her know that they had to have my correct address because I was already getting bills from them at the new address for the past 3 months.
She spoke with a supervisor and stated that I would not be billed, that the account was indeed closed, and that they would handle the matter. At this point, I don't believe them and anticipate I will be calling back in a few weeks to straighten more nonsense out.
Apparently, the fact that this was a delivery after 4 months didn't even make them blink because I was on autoship (which is there excuse for why it was sent, you know, it was the computer's fault?) and supposed to getting supplies every 2 months which is another reason I was canceling the account. I also was supposed to have my bill corrected but never did and was simply trying to get far away from this company before more damage was done.
For everyone in need of supplies I understand that you may still want to try to get them from this company but honestly, the issue is not that they may not send them correctly occasionally but that if there is an issue you never get good enough service to resolve it. It may cost me money I cannot afford to throw out the door to resolve this matter depending on how this plays out. (It has already cost me 80 for test strips I can get over the counter for 20 and cannot use.) So it is really not worth it to take the chance if you can find any other way to get your supplies shipped. Check with your insurance provider as they may have a different company they prefer to work with or can recommend. I did and am getting my supplies through their network provider for free.

Totally incompetent company
Totally incompetent company. We've ordered our son's diabetic supplies from this company for years and it is one issue after another. They bounce you around between departments, it takes hours to get anyone on the phone that has any idea what they are talking about and the representatives consistently speak over you and are rude.

I made numerous calls between various parts of Byram and was tossed back and forth between folks to come back to the same individual with sounds of 'roosters and chickens' in the background. She must have been working from home. On my own, I finally reached the right person but it was next to impossible to get to Jamison. I think he is the only person with Byram that makes sense and knew what he was doing.

Byrum is the absolute worst health care…
Byrum is the absolute worst health care provider I have every dealt with in my 72 years. They lie and make excuses time after time. Had an order pending for nearly 30 days and they used ever excuse in the book and more. Lied about my physician and abruptly canceled the order.
Order for supplies was placed well in advance so that I would not run out of G7 sensors. Well, I have been out of sensors now for over two weeks.
I am now in the process of finding a reliable supplier which means all the hassle of getting medical records, etc.

BYRAM HEALTHCARE DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT AND BEING MANAGED BY KAISER OERMANENTE.
Three and one-half weeks ago I ordered replacement Dexcom 6 monitors and transistors. On December 20th I had not received the order so I called them and they said my order had been delivered to my house on December 15th which is not true. I complained on December 28th what was I going to do without glucose monitoring being a Type 1 diabetic and the representative said her supervisor said my shipment was less than 15 days old so she ship my order over night. As of January 2nd I have not receive my glucose supplies so I called Byram Healthcare again and once again they said my order was received by me on December 15th which is incorrect so I argued again until they agreed to ship my order to me overnight by FedEx. Someone at Kaiser should respond to this level of dangerous incompetency by Byram Healthcare and I respectfully ask that I be informed officially by secure email what this response will be.
