The service is horrible. Their billing department is less than helpful. I was sent to collections but never was sent an invoice or a bill for supplies that were ordered two years ago. I checked with my insurance company and the items were covered however, it is too late to submit a delayed payment.

Trying to be a new customer but with follow up calls, it revealed my email address was entered incorrectly even after clearly spelled it out at least three times, it’s not hard, it’s literally my name. Then they entered my insurance wrong, and they claim they haven’t gotten authorization from my dr. Who has faxed them the order three times. Who knows when I’ll get my supplies, I guess I should just pay out of pocket at the pharmacy and submit my costs to my insurance myself. Make your expectations very low as the incompetence is off the charts.

Byram has lousy over seas customer service. I got transferred to the "main office" to an incompetent American agent. Took me two minuets to figure out they were just covering up. It's taken two weeks for them to process the order. Suddenly today I call and had Customer Service Supervisor for lunch and an hour later it shipped. If your health depends on the device, don't trust it to Byram. FYI, US Med is just as bad!

Don't ever authorize a payment to Byram medical supplies company. Mail your payment to them. I authorized an $11.03 payment. I checked my bank account and $121.96 was going threw my checking account. I called them Immediately. They couldn't tell me why that would've happened. I have to wait 5 business AFTER It's approved to get my money returned to me. Meanwhile I have 5 N S.F. charges at my bank. Yes, I'm changing supply companies today.

They are 10 days late shipping my diabetic pump supplies, I've called daily the past 4 days, they keep claiming there is an insurance issue, we "fix it" over the call, and they will get that shipped soon, they will out a rush on it....still nothing. One of the reps, even transfered my call to tandem directly, and had told my rep I had "defective supplies" to try and get tandem to send me replacements, I had to explain to the tandem agent that the Byram agent lied, I was just trying to get them to ship my order. My most recent call, they are telling me it will be another 10 days at least as they need to reach out to my insurance. I'm now stuck reusing cartridges, and pushing infusion sets till they leak insulin while I find a new supplier

I have metastatic breast cancer and two open wounds one on my left side about the size of my breast the other ones underneath my right armpit, and every time Wound Care put in the order, Byram Healthcare cannot get it right not only that I have insurance but they put me in collections, this Company is the worse to work with .

This is far one of the worst company I've work with. They don't know what the heck they're doing and everytime I call they always hold back on my catheters when I have insurances. They say I need my doctor to updated the prescription when it's already in and good until the end of the year. This representative name Aya say my prescription has been expired when it's incorrect. Everything is still good until dec 2024. I later ask how long she has been with byram. She studder and told me to calm down. Then she finally answered me and say she has only been with byram for 4 months. Seriously bryam need to do better. This young lady can't even read her computer screen and doesn't know my prescription last until Dec 2024. I know when my catheters expires because they told me last time. The boss need to retrain these people!! I'm still unable to get my catheters. This is happening every month now. Since covid they've not been doing well. I will always get a supervisor to push my catheters because it keep getting stuck for no reason just because employees wasn't able to handle their job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! First and foremost stay away from this company!!!! This is truly a company that is going to screw you over and wont lose a wink of sleep for doing so. Trying to get any help to resolve matters is absolutely impossible. Customer Service is an absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! So back in February my doctor ordered supplies for me from this company with out my permission. I received the supplies. I tried to return them and got a song and dance about I received them. I had them still packaged and was willing to send them back. Well of course they drug their feet helping me and then told me I didn't return them in their allowed return window. After numerous, and I mean a lot of phone calls. I was told they had zeroed my balance and I did not owe them anything. I verified several times that they showed I owed a $0 balance. By this time I had done my research and realized what a scam company this was. So I have been documenting everything with them. Of course I cant get them to email me anything so I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Guess what? Two weeks ago I received a collection notice from the company Byram uses for their collections. So more phone calls needed to be made. So the very poor customer service was called again. I was told they did show me with $0 balance. And that they would forward the information to their fake Supervisor to be taken care of. Two weeks later nothing has been done. I have called again and amazingly there is never ever a supervisor to help. So now I wait for a phone call, which I have been waiting for for months, to talk to a supervisor, which never seems to be around, to clear this matter up. I am at wits end with this company. This is all over, $36 which i do not owe them. I will make it my personal vendetta to cost this company at least 1000 times the $36 they have sent me to collections for. I am making phone calls to doctors offices and the BBB to start. If you read this after the fact. I wish you the best of luck! because its going to be a fight to get anything done. Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
