Once again, Byram has canceled an order for CGM supplies because 'we have not received the information we requested from your doctor'. Well, that's just plain false. My doctor (who actually cares about me vs. their bottom line) has not heard from Byram...Thank goodness I'm able to begin ordering these supplies from a different vendor...

Great at selling your stuff, the worst at accepting returns!! I bought two extra boxes of catheters because they entered my medicare order wrong, they entered 1 per day for 90 days vs. three power day for 30 days I had to pay over $600 in cash to get two boxes, and I returned them within 15 days. Guideline on December 12 Now it's Jan 27, and still no money. Buy Elsewhere Also music on hold is only heavy metal, and 2 hour waits listening to horrible music sucks

Customer service sucks I feel sorry for there customers that really depend on there products as in life & death depend I had to click on 1 star otherwise they would get 0 People don’t care or listen And of course they are always right

Something tends to go wrong almost every month. This last time was indeed my last time. They positively harass you to make an order then proceed to care very little about making sure you get it. There is no help. When you do reach someone after a minimum of 20-30 minute hold they are bored, rude, unhelpful and lie. Taking care of someone on a good day is difficult, with Byrams it is tortue. Try ANY OTHER COMPANY. They do NOT deserve your patronage.

My stoma burns like hell cuz these asswipes didn’t deliver my colostomy bags and didn’t bother to message me . They do this all the time saying they are waiting for authorization from insurance company but really there are just incompetent. I have to wait till Monday to get an order from Amazon- while theses asses claim they sent an email. I get 1400 emails a day. Couldn’t you send me a text or a phone call saying you’re not sending my order? What the f?

When UHC dropped its relationship with another supply house, I was told to switch to Byrum for supplies for my Tandem insulin pump. That was about 3 years ago with 4 supply orders being issued per year. Rules state I cannot place an order until I teach 10 days of supplies. Only twice in 3 years did Byram deliver insulin pump supplies before I ran out. My physician suggested I get a new pump and that process began in November. In early December, the lab reports, prescription were transmitted to Byram with my receiving a copy of the fax. I placed an order for the disposable supplies at the same time stating i had 12 days of supplies. A week later, I followed up to be told there is no pending order because the prescription was missing. I emailed a copy on 20 December and verified all necessary documents had been received with a promise to expedite my order. I called today. There is no pending order because no one at Byram approved the order and noone can explain what is happeningwith my order. Now, we are at the weekend and I need to figure out how I can put insulin in my body since I do not have the pump. Even if it ia appeoved this afternoon, Shipping will be delayed because it is a weekend. Next week will another holiday. This is not how you run a medical supply business. With the number of reviews giving a 1 out of 5, I bet I am not alone. Paris, TX DOB 10/14/1948

This company is one of the hardest companies I've ever tried to order anything through complication after complication after complication they need to fix their system They'd probably get a five-star review if they were more like ordering from Amazon Make it easy not complicated is my suggestion

Disgusting and Disgraceful company… Absolutely horrible customer service… Byram made the mistake of billing an insurance we did not have anymore and OPENLY ADMITTED IT SEVERAL TIMES!! NOW THEY OWE US 1000$ and after 6 calls STILL NOTHING we will send another inquiry… and what’s worse you can’t hear them… and it causes frustrations which they want so they can hang up on you… openly they also admit they are an overseas call center and they sound like they are in the middle of a bazaar!!! It’s just disgusting and disrespectful… if you need medical supplies this place isn’t for you!!!
