Order from any place other than Byram. They took 3 weeks to process my order, kept promising when things would be delivered and then didn't deliver. I ended up being days without any dexcom supplies because they kept failing to deliver. No one at the company seemed to care at all that I was without supplies. I am calling my insurance company to demand that I be allowed to order from another company.

Stay Away, Terrible Customer Service
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had my life depend on. I have ordered diabetic supplies 2 separate time, only to have my order cancelled or delayed due to them saying they are waiting on a prescription. My doctor's office has showed me where the prescription has been sent 5 different times. It hurt me to even give them a one rating. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars and…
I wish I could give them zero stars, I placed an order in November. They made a mistake on my Medicare reimbursement so I canceled the order in November. They fought with me until February 15 to refund $300 on my credit card. Dozens of emails , an outsourced call centers in another country. No one responded to my emails. Their a healthcare company. People are in trouble they need help this company doesn’t have.A s—t.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, consistently receiving excellent service until September 2023. Since then, everything changed. The staff doesn't cross-check information, and their processes have become inefficient. They claim to have updated information but often say they can't process orders due to missing details. This has resulted in several canceled orders with no explanation.
Incident started 1st week of January 2025
To make matters worse, they shipped an order to the wrong address, despite me updating my information. They then asked me to go to the incorrect address to retrieve the package. My doctor and case manager have reached out multiple times with the correct information, but they still insist more is needed.
They also have my physician’s address wrong, despite updates. As for my child’s insurance, they've been informed multiple times about the primary and secondary insurance, but they confuse the two and even removed the primary insurance without explanation.
The difference in service is night and day. I’m incredibly disappointed after years of smooth transactions. What was once a 5-star company has become a 1-star experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE 2/10/25:
My doctor and case manager spoke with Byram on 02/06/25 and were assured that all documentation was received. However, on 02/09/25, I received an email stating they needed more documentation, and the process started over. The system marked me as "Not a CHOC patient," which is incorrect. I’ve updated them multiple times, and I spent another 30+ minutes on the phone today. This has been going on for over a month.
UPDATE 2/20/25:
Finally received the G7 Receiver after over a month of back-and-forth with Kaiser Case Workers. I emailed Byram using the contact from their Google review but never received a response.
Advice:
If you must work with them, be as thorough as possible. Document everything and be specific, or ask them to be specific.

On January 29th 2025 I called to place…
On January 29th 2025 I called to place a reorder of Dexcoms for my 4 year old daughter for February. When he pulled up my account he proceeded to talk about my past January shipment, when that order was placed, when it was shipped and delivered, I tried to explain to him that I am not calling to check the status of a past order, but I am calling to place a new order. My daughter had her last Dexcom on her arm and we were ready to place our new order for February. At first he was failing to understand that I was calling to place an order, not to check the status of the past January order that I had already received weeks ago and used. Once he understood what I was calling for, he said I had to “call back on January 6th to place the order”.. I told him I cannot do that and that I need the order placed today, I had been getting phone calls/voicemails stating that it was time for me to reorder supplies, after I told him that, he said okay and that he “placed the order for me” and it would be shipped on February 6th. I called today to check on the status of my order to come and find out that there was no existing order in place. The representative today told me he reported that I disconnected the call, which is not true, I made sure my order was placed, said bye and hung up. Horrible customer service, I’ve never experienced being lied to by a representative like this.

I've never heard of Byram Healthcare…
I've never heard of Byram Healthcare until I received a bill for $46.96 along with a notice of their change of address which says "you are being notified of this change as we received a payment from you at our former address..." but I never ordered anything from them and never paid them anything...I don't know anything about this other than how absurd it is and a likely SCAM.

Customer service agent was rude
Customer service agent was rude, impatient and not knowledgeable. Why does Medicare think they are competent to handle customers? This wasn’t a minor issue. I received an email that the G7 was out of stock. Naturally, I was concerned and called right away. Agent was distracted by my call as if she was busy doing something else. More training needed.
