Great selection of alts.. a bit laggy between devices but leverage in U.S.A. this is the only app with KYC.

Disaster !!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for a withdrawal for more than an hour and I don't know where it ends. Underneath the usable exterior, the platform is unusable. I do not recommend !!!!!!

Great bonuses but asside from that the internal and in chart order system doesnt work consistently. youll have to manually input your t/p s/l and or limit orders. the yellow plus sign on the right side of the chart does nothing abut allow you to see what options you have to set up an order or copy price. the copy price works fine. but limit orders and or Stops are trash. youll end up getting liquidated after thinkin that you set up a S/l to a certain price but the being sadly mistaken. personally ive had to contact Customer support several times just for them to tell me that they see nothing wrong when i have evidence of the occurrence in 4k (clear as day) on my screen. if that is something that only individuals are encountering that seems to me a targeting scheme to deteriorate new users account and drop your confidence. My first day trading with this app the charts were not in accordance with my trade. for example if the position was up %30 in real time - on screen it would actually show close to liquidation. So i was closing trades and or waiting for them to show green which would never happen or only occur when the price was almost %200 up. and even then my trade margin had to slowly crawl from margin call to positive stance. and all they could tell me is that theyll look into and gave me a bonus that i couldn't even use because, my account size vs the amount or coupons i had and my loss of willingness to deposit anymore money until the app was functioning properly. almost a year later and still nothing has changed. its actually gotten worse as stated above in regards to flash orders and in chart orders (using the yellow [+] sign ) on the right of the screen. They just swindle you in with all these bonuses and no KYC etc. Scam alert, trade at your won rish. if youve encountered this please follow up with ctfc the or FTC ASAP. Dont provide your UID when speaking to these people because they will use your account and or manipulate aspects of your account like margin calls that i now only get at about %65 on most symbols (when liquiadation is at %76) you will not be able to save your trades at all. with %9 left. even if your doing a 1:1 it would be nice to have confirmation of your bias or atleast get an earlier warning. and many times Liquidation is never actually hit so, be warned and have/ keep evidence of everything. Dont let them lie to you.

The Best Future trading platform...As an American citizen, this platform is the most suitable for me. I have been using it for about a week now and it is great. I have been completed a few withdrawals and it is so fast! Support teams are awesome! I trust it and not worry for completing KYC. I recommend this platform for all ages from around the world. Josh

The the moment I tried to take $100 and move it out of there it it automatically sent me an email saying I needed a full kyc in order to be to my withdrawal to be authorized and that's just trying to move it in crypto from from there to to a wallet return Exchange yeah I'm worried about providing them with American documents even though they said you know I keep hearing that US citizens are okay but yeah the moment I provide them with American documentation there you know what can be capable of they can give it to other exchanges that that my email can be linked with American basically they can you know if it gets out it can make my life hell I can't so basically my money is just I lost it right it's just talking bydfi

I really like how this company is so beginner friendly. They give an option to use practice money to learn how to use future accounts and they also give rewards to new users which is really cool. The app is user friendly and their customer service page is wonderful. I really appreciate this app being a newbie at this whole trading game.

They have launched a spot promotion with 0 fees (maker ant taker), but once I have profited they blocked my account just because I was making a lot of profits. If the exchange cannot afford a promotion like that it is better to not make a promotion. Turned $15 in $400 in one week and they blocked my account with all my money. Cannot trust in a company like that! If you are willing to trade this spot promotion do not do that! You will only lose time! And I was a verified user before starting trading! Sent passport and took photo and even as a verified user they blocked me for profiting too much!
