Had an issue with a deposit and submitted a ticket - took them two full days to get back to me. It did get resolved, but come on... Binance usually replies in like 2 hours.

The app crashed on me twice while trying to place a trade! Not a great first impression.

I do like the many of the features of this platform, however I’ve had a couple issues that were not addressed. I had an option trade open with over $80 in the trade. The trade was closed due to reaching the liquidation price, but when I checked the lowest price on multiple platforms, the price of that coin never reached the liquidation or close to it. I took screenshots and submitted them to BYDFi and requested my money to be refunded, but I never received a response from them. I’ve continued to use the platform some since then but I’m about done with it. Unless BYDFI wants to make it right, I’ll eventually going to quit using this platform altogether. There are others just as good or better.

so far all is well with BYDFI I'm just learning and this platform has been very helpful and educational

I've only recently become a user. The interface is nice. It's easy to navigate. The only thing I am not a fan of are all of the different withdrawal minimums for each dif currency. There shouldn't be any limitations on this as long as there are funds enough in the users account to cover gas fees when necessary

I've been a bydfi user since before branding. Is the time still determined for wd?
