Hello, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely regret the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. We completely understand how distressing it can be to discover unauthorized card activity, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to clarify that card payment verification and authorization are handled by our third-party payment provider, not directly by BYDFi. In addition, to use the card payment service, users are required to complete both KYC verification and Proof of Address (POA) verification. Card payments can only be made by the verified account holder, and payments made using someone else's card are not permitted. If your bank card has been lost or stolen, we strongly recommend that you immediately contact your bank or card issuer to block or freeze the card in order to prevent any unauthorized transactions. If you require any further assistance or would like us to review your case, please contact us via the Live Chat on the BYDFi website or email us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you further.
