They aren’t that great aid customer service at all, there’s a lot underlined fine print that they don’t explain. I’m which you call an agent and was suppose to receive achievement summary rewards, I wrote the department they informed me to contact and it’s been a month today the 30th since I wrote me never received response back, everytime I ask about it, support chat tells me to be patient with no other info. I don not recommend this company, they provide BYD points for completing various task and I always have to contact them when I completed a task and they have not rewarding me. They still owe me commissions BYD points and and referral BYD points, I’m done with having to Chase them down, confirming something they see on there and I have to wait for the rewards

Love The experience trading futures. Using trail stop is my favorite. I wish you could do a trail stop limit on an opening order however.

I downloaded the app and did some trading with the bonus I was given at sign up and was able to cash out a little profit within a couple days. Im also a newbie at this so it was cool to make a profitable trade and have the support and tools BYDFi provide.

They're not perfect -- sometimes there can be some technical issues, or an occasional delay, and the trading interfaces could use a bit of smoothing out, but it's generally a pretty good site for trading crypto. The deposit/withdrawal system has been generally pretty good and the customer service is very responsive. They regularly have some good bonus offers that more than make up for the occasional problems.

Very legit and easy to use!
