Incredible service, amazing quality products, fast delivery

Frustrating experience plus faulty item. I placed an order with Bydee earlier this month, the tracking showed it was shipped through DHL, my order was marked delivered for a week, but I couldn’t find it. Turns out it was actually shipped by another company called UBI, who then gave the package to Canada Post. Eventually, I was able to track down the package in my community mailbox, I didn’t think to check there first because it’s only accessible by Canada post which is ran by the country, and DHL only delivered straight to your door. I emailed Bydee before finding it, and they were not helpful and asked for a written confirmation by my local carrier of lost package. Which is unheard of by me Thankfully I located the package by my own efforts after spending hours on the phone with 3 different courier. Sadly the dress I ordered is faulty, the moment I opened the package a piece of lace fabric fell, and the zipper was very stuck because of all the extra thread caught in it, the satin fabric was fraying badly and there was little holes on the seams as a result. I emailed them last week and still have not heard back. The dress quality does not reflect almost $400, over all very frustrating experience. I’d like a solution and a response. Thanks
