I love Bydee swimsuits! They are really expensive quality and look so nice on. I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends after posting on Instagram. I purchased a swim top from Bydee this summer and, after a handful of wears, some of the beading started to come loose. I reached out to customer service with photos, and they responded quickly and were really easy to work with. Even though the exact top I bought was no longer available, they offered me a gift card for the full original amount so I could choose something else. I wasn’t expecting that level of support, and it made the whole situation much better. I already used it to buy a new top along with an additional swimsuit set. I love the quality and the customer service, and I’m happy to keep shopping with them.
