BWSS FitReviews of bwssfit.com

Product came in as advertised. It did take a while but it was within the shipping time advertised with the product. Good things take time. Have done many workouts with them. They are a little bulkier but I expected that considering the different variations of weights I was able to get out of them. Really helped me get through my basement workouts when I wasn’t at the gym. I had a little trouble getting used to the dial but it was a matter of just making sure the base was sitting perfectly flat and just lining everything up carefully. The dial spun smooth and I liked the grip on the handles!

My order took much longer than promised. When it did show up, it was incomplete with much of the weights missing. When I checked with the vendor, I was told I would need to take it up with FedEx. FedEX had indeed delivered the boxes shipped, they just didn’t have all of the product to make the dumbbell set. I eventually took the dispute to my credit card company. I then received a nasty email from the vendor suggesting fraud who apparently had forgotten our exchange regarding the missing products.

My first set of weights came to my home but were not functioning properly. I initially contacted the company and they tried to help work through the issue I was having but even then they did not function properly. After a time they contacted me again and said they would send out a new set of weights and to discard the ones that defective. Now, that is customer service done right!! Looking forward to getting my replacement weights and appreciate their efforts to make things right.

Checkout and shipment were ok. Took longer than expected but can’t blame anyone in a pandemic. I’m very disappointed with the weights. The mechanism is terrible and get stuck often, it’s extremely frustrating. For the price, I would expect better product.

I have both the weight bench and the set of 90 lb adjustable dumbells. I am extremely happy with both.

Equipment is great at a great price point. The shipping took a lot longer than originally promised. I would still order again...just expect a longer delivery window.

Order was shipped and delivered as expected. Product is great and has certainly helped me stay on track with working out while in quaratine! Thank you!

Shipping too longer then expected..but understandable with covid..the dumbbells themselves are awesome! No complaints! Customer service is fast and responsive as well. I’m a happy customer!
