Product took 2 months to arrive, but seems to be good enough for now.

The adjustable dumbells are great! I was worried they would be cheaply made and fall apart, but they have proven effective after the first few months of use. The shipping time took longer than I was hoping, but that's to be expected since everything is backed up due to COVID. They communicated the status all the way from the manufacturer to my door, so I wasn't left wondering when it would arrive.

I placed my order Labor Day weekend and over two months later my order still hadn’t been completed. I received the same generic answer every time I inquired about what was going on. I finally asked for a refund and while I did receive it, I didn’t get 2 months of my life back. Stop making excuses and start delivering what you promise in your advertising.

I have enjoyed the product thoroughly, but one weight has become jammed and I can not figure out how to fix it properly. If it weren't jammed, I would give it a 5.
