Blackwater AquaticsReviews of bwaquatics.com

Customer service and product is amazing. However checking out on the website was a real chore for reasons me and customer service couldn't really figure out. I mean I managed to get the order in and the staff was very helpful. It was just an extra hassle I probably wouldn't have dealt with if I knew anywhere else to get these fish of this quality.

My two bettas showed up looking fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They were very fast at responding when I emailed them with a question. They were polite as well. The fish came in good condition and are doing great! Thank you very much!

Half of Rasboras died. Bags were smaller than any other shipper I have never seen so little water used. Water was also yellow. First time ordering Beta online. Very small bags and about 3 ounces of water. Don't know why but recieved shipping notification the day after they arrived. I like to be home when fish arrive so not knowing meant the fish sat on the porch for a few hours.

Beautiful healthy fish and packaged really well. Would definitely purchase from BW Aquatics in the future. Great job! Very pleased.

Everyone arrived quickly and healthy. Thank you!

I ordered it on 12/12/2025 and paid 50$+ for overnight shipping and still no signs of shipping yet

Appreciate the local pickup and excellent quality of the fish. All are doing well.
