Quality fish ...

Very good communication. Shipping was fast. Packaging great!

Did well on replacing and shipping was right on.

I ordered a male Betta Stiktos, and that is what I got. The email communication regarding shipping dates was not the best, but I was able to get consistent communication from Insta. The fish was shipped a day earlier than requested, but it arrived alive and in good health. Was it the perfect experience? No, but overall it was good. I really do appreciate the guy who runs their Instagram.

Beautiful fish that arrived in perfect condition. They were very well packed and after some acclimation, they are looking great. Communication was very good as well. I would definitely purchase from them in the future.

The betta was alive and still healthy despite the stress from shipment. Delivered well beyond what they promised. Highly recommend.

As usual, a great experience. The packaging and care to ensure healthy arrive of livestock is commendable and a large reason why I have made repeated purchases and will continue to do so.

Daphnia I ordered arrived quickly…and in excellent condition. I’m very pleased…THANK YOU!
