FedEx failed to deliver my wine for over a week. After many calls to them with no positive results, I contacted your organization and your representatives were quickly responsive to the situation, and helped resolve my problem. Thank you for the extra service provided. The wine is good also.

I ordered wine as a Christmas present on December 3rd and I put the incorrect address on the order. I emailed them the very next morning and Lupe addressed it correctly and sent me an email noting that it was corrected. I then realized that I did not send a gift note. I immediately emailed Lupe again and he got back to me so quickly again to fix my issue. I was so relieved that he was right on top of it and promptly fixed my problem. I appreciate you Lupe.
