Fast and 100% met expectations. Kristina is a great asset!

Krista took care of our request promptly and as a true professional would. So awesome!

Very dependable experience. My purchase arrived promptly. I cannot remain on your solicitation list however, as my Email was inundated with ads, sometimes multiple times daily.

Great webite. Found i what i was looking for, made my selection and hit send. Only then did i realize that my phone’s autofill submitted the wrong address. I alerted the company by email and sure enough a very thoughtful Kristina had corrected and confirmed my order. Great customer service!

Great service and delivery

They shipped quickly and efficiently. As promised. Very happy customer. And selection is huge.

The delivery status of my package wasn’t updating because FedEx failed to scan upon arrival but the representative from BuyWinesOnline.com was so very helpful and called FedEx to track down my package, even though it wasn’t their responsibility! Their customer was very responsive and helpful (unlike FedEx). I will definitely be buying from them again!

There was an error with my order but Lupe contacted me and resolved it quickly, very satisfactorily, and generously.
