Victoria has been very helpful full in this matter as has as magi.I made the order on 13th of June .then found I had been charged for 5 rather than 2.they received today now trying to return them for a refund.victoria has been with me all the way just awaiting details now on how to send them back

Preise viel höher als auf den ersten…
Preise viel höher als auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich. Obwohl ich sofort wieder storniert habe, war angeblich keine Stornierung mehr möglich, da die Ware bereits versendet wurde. Versand wurde aber erst 2 Wochen später. Über die Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen. Finger weg!!!

Tienen gestos de buena fé cuando les pides el reembolso, me lo han enviado por email y no te ayudan a nada ,solo dan largas y negocian con tu reembolso. Tampoco dicen cómo devolver sus artículos y envían una y otra vez los míos emails de respuesta automática. Son lo peor de lo peor,NO QUIEREN DARME MI REEMBOLSO

They processed my order before I could complete it…
They processed my order before I could confirm the order. I never reached the summary/final checkout as I had changed my mind. I did not like their suspicious checkout process (they kept wanting you to buy more things). When I immediately (within 30 minutes) asked them to cancel (which is their policy - cancel in 12 hours) they said it was suddenly not their policy & they could not as it already was already dispatched? This is one big scam of a company!
