J'ai reçu 2 produits que je ne voulais pas , et comme j’ai payé avec PayPal , je n'ai pas pu annuler la commande , pour une commande de 35 euros je me retrouve avec une facture de 83 euros , de plus c’est tout en anglais , c'est une honte , une grosse arnaque , je vais déposer plainte. MBV

Es sollten als erste anständige bestellvorgänge eingerichtet werden und ein stornierungsbutton da sein.man bekommt Dinge die man nicht möchte weil auf der Bestellung alles abgewählt werden muss was man nicht möchte.normal macht man einen Haken an Dinge die man bestellen möchte.pbwohl ich mich sofort an die Firma gewandt habe hatten sie keine Möglichkeit die Bestellung zu korrigieren???Sehr seltsam,dann kamen 7 Tücher mehr als ich wollte und man bot mir bei 25 %Erstattung an die Tücher alle zu behalten. So macht man Geschäfte. Dann darf ich die Tücher jetzt zurücksenden,aber auf eigene kosten.bin nur gespannt wie die Gutschrift aussieht.nie wieder!!!

i thought that i had ordered one towel but two arrived i did find your website confusing when the cloths arrived i could not see the benifits off them and if i had kept one at a cost of £18 i felt it was not worth trying thanks for your undestanding also postage very expensive

I ordered one scratch remover sheet at…
I ordered one scratch remover sheet at $17.and change. I went to Pay pal 5 minutes later to check on my order and found a list of items charged that totaled $86.00. I immediately emailed to cancel and got the runaround for literally days. Of course then it was too late to cancel as I was told it was being shipped. Very annoying and unprofessional.
