Yeah…absolutely rubbish product
Yeah…absolutely rubbish product. Can’t believe I fell for the video! I’ve tried to get a refund and been offered 25% back. What a joke. Last time I buy anything advertised through Facebook or on YouTube that looks too good to be true. I’ve been offered 45% refund but reading other reviews (wish I’d done earlier) doubt I’ll get it. Didn’t think I was gullible, how wrong I am. Please don’t fall for it. A scam disguised as a reputable business.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Good luck Derek with getting you money back. I’ve been waiting since July. They have no intention to return my money but I just keep pestering. They say ‘be patient, working as hard as we can to process it’! Complete joke!

Be very careful before dealing with…
UPDATE. It has now been 24 working days later and still not received the refund. Customer service keep coming back with the excuse that it has been refunded but not yet reached my bank account. Really? Honestly? ---------------- Be very careful before dealing with this company. At best it is very inept, at worst it is something more sinister. I placed an order for one item, it added another two items. I immediately cancelled the order, but was told it had already been despatched - really? My bank must have known something because the original payment was blocked. Unfortunately it went through later. I have been promised a refund within 7 working days - 21 working days later I am still waiting, despite further assurances. Beware!

Good service from the team but the product itself has not worked
The service from the company since purchase has been very good as prompt action and helpful plus the replacement cloths arrived quickly (much quicker than for the original purchases). However, the replacement cloths did not, and do not, work either - I've tried multiple times with 4 different cloths and none of them work so the fundamental problem remains and why I'm now seeking a refund as the product has not done what it is claimed and sold to do. That means I am now requesting a refund and the process is ongoing as I have not received a specific response re that from customer service as yet other than to acknowledge my message and then ask me to complete this survey so I can't give a final satisfaction rating yet. To be clear the rating I've given is for the service from the customer service team and not for the product as the latter has not worked at all for me.
