BuyMeBeauty is such a great source to get my lipstick. You probably know the cycle: find a product you love, buy it for years, then all of a sudden it's not in the store any more! This company has been able to supply it again. I am very grateful!

Seems like only one person works there. The rejected my husband cc although there was plenty of credit on it. Their excuse was the billing address didn't match shipping. Yes I know. One is home the other office. Funny I shop Amazon with the same card and shipping and I always get my items. Never again.

Hello Dahlia, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced while trying to place your order. Our policy of requiring the shipping and billing addresses to match is a security measure we take to protect our customers from potential fraud. We understand this can be inconvenient, and we apologize that we were unable to process your transaction. We value your business and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future. Sincerely, The Team at BuyMeBeauty

BuyMeBeauty offers a decent selection of cosmetics, but I found some products could be better. Prices are reasonable, though shipping took longer than expected. Good options, just not perfect!
