Scam company! Ordered over month ago they don't know where the package is and won't refund the money!

SCAM! I never received my order from 5 weeks ago. They then went ahead and charged me for another month - still no orders arrived and not keeping my hopes up. Customer service is terrible when trying to cancel the subscription as the main website has no obvious link to cancel. They eventually sent me a new link after 5 emails asking to cancel that didn’t work and when asking them to process the request manually they advised it will take 5-7 business days. Not really giving me confidence they will actually cancel it. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Can’t comment on the product as it never arrived but search around and people say it’s junk. They got me good.

I placed an order with this company and never received the product; they also refuse to reimburse me for the money.

It's been like 2 weeks since I ordered 3 packs of gum and it's still not even reached Royal Mail yet on the tracking, either sort your delivery service out or stop advertising to the UK.

Terrible! Been waiting nearly 4 weeks for our order to arrive. I enquired 1.5weeks ago about where the order was and they said they couldn’t provide me with an exact delivery Date! No tracking number. NOTHING. I’ve feel so dupped. So scammed! And now I’ve been reading that their gum is misleading and fraudulent and does not actually provide any health benefits. So even if it does arrive it won’t work anyway. I’m so aangry. Please don’t be bothered with them!! If I could give no stars then I would have.

If I could leave a 0 I would ordered from them over 6 weeks ago i contacted them several times, they said my order was shipped every time, i contacted them again today and they told me it hadnt even been shipped because they RAN OUT OF STOCK they didn't even try and give any updates before I checked what a scam company how can you run a business taking people's money then lie about sending the product that you don't even have AVOID AT ALL COST you won't ever receive your order so many others have had this issue what a shame.

Doesn't work. Useless and they will charge you again without ever letting you fix your subscription.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible! What crooks! This was my 2nd time trying to complete my order. Each time almost $50 was added to my order and it was not a result of anything I did. There is no phone number to contact them, and the email just goes in a constant loop that gets your nowhere. If they're a legitimate company offering a quality product, they wouldn't make it impossible to communicate with them. I'm going to make this known on Facebook!!!
