STAY AWAY! If I could rate them lower, I would. Look for their Better Business Bureau record. AWFUL AWFUL company to deal with. Slimy tactics and customer "support" does nothing to assist, only further their shady tactics. I was charged shipping despite their website saying it's included. Refused to refund me, offered store credit and then a ridiculous "Oh, free shipping is only for future orders", which is NOWHERE to be seen! They prominently show free shipping is for 50$ (US orders) or 100$ (international) without any caveats - CLEARLY intended to mislead people and take advantage of potential customers. The company is based in California and this could be a potential violation of Consumer protection law, as I look on the Better Business Bureau website and see that said a number of times. If you are lucky enough to find the subscription cancel link, you need to confirm about 8 times. Because of my experience, I am doubtful it is actually cancelled... Why would I want credit for a company that is so happy to mislead people intentionally? I should have known, seeing how aggressively they look for "ambassadors".

CAUTION. I was put into a “subscription” for this and was $32.08 for this terrible gum. When I saw the second charge come through, I immediately contacted the company to alert them that I did not have a subscription and to cancel, but they sent it anyway. They offered a 105% in store credit, as if I wanted more of their worthless gum. I would question the actual effectiveness and quality of this product as the pieces varied widely in hardness and coloration. The taste of the gum was not great and even that was literally gone within 15 seconds or so. The cancellation process is arduous and should be reported to the FTC. Given their reluctance to refund money, I would also question their overall claims on the product. This company should be investigated.

I did not want to sign up for a subscription. I just wanted to try it. I cannot find any way to cancel the subscription. Nor is there any help on your website

This site is very sketchy. Auto-renewed me when I was very carefully to make sure I would not be auto-renewed while making the initial purchase. I sent an email to cancel but they sent me a link to cancel that does not work and their contact number is disconnected. Now they won’t respond to my emails at all. I will be contacting the BBB and bank to have my original order cancelled and to make sure they can’t ever charge me again. Consider yourself warned. I will let you guys know how this situation gets handled moving forward.

My experience with Larine Co. has been extremely disappointing. I contacted the company by email to cancel my subscription, yet I still received a notification that my order had been charged. To make matters worse, the gum I received was expired. I reached out to customer service, and they apologized and assured me they would send a return shipping label so I could return the product and receive a refund. That was three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive the return label or any further communication. It is completely unprofessional to acknowledge a customer’s concerns, promise a resolution, and then fail to follow through. I should not have to repeatedly contact a company to resolve an issue that should have been handled the first time. Based on my experience, Larine Co. has demonstrated poor communication, a lack of accountability, and absolutely horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on how this situation has been handled.

Terrible experience with this company. They charged my account and sent a shipment without approval and after I had already cancelled my subscription. Getting the next shipment to stop will be a chore, I’m sure. Do not buy this product. It’s a scam and you won’t be able to cancel your future shipments.

My last shipment arrived dried out & looked very old. It was hard & discolored. It has been extremely difficult canceling my subscription. Considering how much money I have spent since I started the subscription, I couldn't be more disappointed.

I did not actively subscribe. Although I actually like the product, I did not intend to subscribe. Subscription must be their default setting. Then, trying to UNSUBSCRIBE was not straightforward either. I am not impressed.
