Very disappointed
Very disappointed. These are. devices for accident victims urgently needed. I placed order through Amazon for 34 Curaplex extrication devices. Six boxes with 4 each arrived by Fed Ex. As per your shipping it states that six boxes were sent. There were 4 in each box. We are missing 10 extrication devices. I will be filing a dispute with AX payment to you since Amazon does not know what to do . I hope we can settle this without further situations. Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Amazon orders are strictly handled by Amazon, so we will get with hem regarding this. I see that there were 10 on back order and as we could not fulfill your order right away, that portion was canceled and a refund for them was issued through Amazon toward you. I would advise that you get with Amazon concerning your refund if you have not seen it yet.
