Too many emails pestering me to leave a review. The only time I want to hear from a company is about sales and order status.
Response from Emergency Medical Products, Inc.Mar 20, 2024
Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, we do not send those automated emails, Trust Pilot does. There is typically one email sent per order received.

Very disappointed. These are. devices for accident victims urgently needed. I placed order through Amazon for 34 Curaplex extrication devices. Six boxes with 4 each arrived by Fed Ex. As per your shipping it states that six boxes were sent. There were 4 in each box. We are missing 10 extrication devices. I will be filing a dispute with AX payment to you since Amazon does not know what to do . I hope we can settle this without further situations. I DE LEON Order date Jan 11, 2024 Order # 111-2682056-0605037 Order total $2,308.26 (34 items)

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Amazon orders are strictly handled by Amazon, so we will get with hem regarding this. I see that there were 10 on back order and as we could not fulfill your order right away, that portion was canceled and a refund for them was issued through Amazon toward you. I would advise that you get with Amazon concerning your refund if you have not seen it yet.

Emergency, my ass!! We ordered our “emergency “ medicine and paid a premium for rapid response and after a week, we STILL have not received our medicine. You suck
Response from Emergency Medical Products, Inc.Dec 20, 2023
Hello Nancy, we absolutely understand the importance of urgency knowing that the products we sell are vital in providing care and saving lives. In this situation, it looks like the order was entered as 2 Day Shipping as requested and was picked/packed/shipped that day but then got held up with FedEx. I am reaching out to FedEx now to get more insight into what has happened here as the package has not move since arriving in CO on 12/18 after being held in Indianapolis since 12/13. This delay is unacceptable and if FedEx cannot confirm you will have your package today, I will place a replacement order to be shipped out to you overnight.

Still waiting on my order

Thank you for the review. We are showing that part of this order is on back order at this time. However, part of the order was shipped out and shows to have been delivered on 11/28/2023 at 4:01PM. Please let us know if you did not receive this from FedEx as shown in the picture on the tracking information.

Ordered a Statpack from them that, in the heading, states clearly it includes the cells as seen here "StatPacks G3 Clinician Bag with Airway, Medicine, and IV Cells, Red" . When it arrived it did not have the cells. When you contact the company they quote a small line at the bottom of the page "contents not included" which could easily meant the contents of the cells. They only would take the return with a significant "restocking fee" deducted.

Thank you, Steve, for bringing this discrepancy to our attention. We can absolutely see how this wording complicates the contents of the pack and we are working with our web team now to correct the item description and make sure that we have much clearer communication moving forward. We are sorry that you had this negative experience and one of our team members will be reaching out to you ASAP to work towards a resolution. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

They do not guarantee expiration dates above 6 months. Buyer beware if making annual updates for emergency medical drugs, this is not a good fit.
Response from Emergency Medical Products, Inc.Nov 6, 2023
Thank you for your review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Due to the fact we are a wholesaler, we typically try to have product with a late expiration date as far out as possible, but can only take what we are given from the manufacturer. While we can not guarantee to carry a later date then 6 months, we do have two ways to ensure you receive the expiration date you require. One is that the dates on meds that are tracked are listed on the website below the description or you can call 800.558.6270 for that information if it is not there as well, prior to placing your order with us.

I am a tax-exempt fire dept and when I sent in my exemption certificate, I was told I could not get my tax exempt because I have two addresses- 1 for billing and 1 for shipping. When I questioned the person about it, they said I could send in a letter that asked for several things. At that point I elected to pay for the tax and never purchase from you again. I really enjoyed having your product lower than other companies however I will pay top dollar before I ever order from your company again!
Response from Emergency Medical Products, Inc.Sep 20, 2023
Hello, I completely understand how this extra address validation/setup can be frustrating and I have partnered with our tax team to see if we have any other options to apply the tax exemption to the account. At this time, to ensure that we are compliant with tax regulations, we are unable to adjust the exempt status on this account without having this additional information provided for our records. I definitely hate to hear that you are looking to move away from EMP over this complication and if there is anything else that we can do to help turn this around please let us know ASAP
