you required a prescription for AED pads that I have purchased in the past without a prescription .... PLUS .... you wanted almost three times as much money as I paid last year. I will be sourcing my AED stuff elsewhere in the future

Hello, I see we received your order on the 19th of this month, the order does show to have shipped out to you on the 21st under FedEx tracking number 578722116420. Over the years our items can take a raise from the manufacturer, we do try our best to absorb some of the cost, but unfortunately we absorb it all. Our website will automatically request a LAF, however our licensing department will review and if they can lawfully remove the hold they will.
