Audi RS7 (2018) Front Brakes!
I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. Thanks again guys!

Ron- It's always a bonus when we can save our clients $ Hundreds of dollars on a pair of ultra-high quality rotors compared to their local Audi dealership. To top that off with the fact that these were two-piece rotors capable of both daily driving or track work... AND weighed 4 pounds less per rotor makes the product even better and your vehicle quicker because you've reduced unsprung weight and rotational mass! That's the best type of weight reduction possible!

There shouldn't be any mixed reviews
I know there are mixed reviews about this company online and let me tell you they had a problem with my order and the owner of this company went out of his way to contact me personally and even though I might have spent a few dollars extra that I didn't want to I feel good about spending the extra $$$and feel good about leaving this review I suggest if you order from them to call to make sure you're getting what you're looking for besides that this is an outstanding company and I will buy from them again in the future when I'm looking for replacement EBC brakes more companies should follow the line that John has drawn in the sand for customer service They are 5 out of 5 stars for following up and I'd only following up but going above and beyond what is even reasonable to make sure that I was happy happy enough to voluntarily leave this. I want to say thank you for the way I was treated in the way I feel about the business I did there

Unbelievably great customer service

I needed a specific part for a brake…
I needed a specific part for a brake kit and I needed it the next day, I had called numerous other suppliers and it wasn't until I got ahold of Adam at buybrakes.com. he was able to verify the part number, find the par I needed and even went as far to accommodate my poor phone signal and communicate with me via text message. This was one of the best experiences buying parts I have ever had and will always be returning to buybrakes.com. Thanks again for making this happen for me!

Brakes are tough to get right and get…
Brakes are tough to get right and get fast! Thank god these guys are there. John, the customer service manager, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me getting everything dialed in!
