The only issue that I had was not knowing turn around time and when it would be shipped after I had approved the proof. But with a quick email I was able to get the information I needed. I loved the result of my boxes and they will for sure be my go to if I ever need them again.

The design process was very easy once you had your own design done. The order arrived very quickly and it was perfect...ordering more after this review...

I loved the design of these boxes. And the quality is great! My only issue is the smell / fumes from the paint. I have to wrap the items inside the box with plastic so they don't absorb the odor. It isn't an unpleasant odor, but it is strong, so I've had to adjust how I package what is inside. Otherwise, they are super cute boxes and I'd love to order again. With my next order, I will mention my experience to see if there is anything they can do to eliminate or minimize the smell of the boxes.
